Horrible customer service, condescending or generic automated responses. Ordered a pre-order for Sept 10 delivery, they provide no updates and just excuses. Would never recommend nor will I ever order from this company or Plank+Beam again.
This place is a dump. Broke bed under warranty and won't send me the parts I need. Or a refund unless I burn it. Unreal. The bed is unusable. Now it's no wonder they have 2 stars, they suck!
If zero was an option, I am going on week three now of not having the proper parts to finish assembling our bunkbed after speaking with customer service and emailing with customer service. They assured me that all of the missing parts would be sent. They completely LEFT OUT ALL of the bed rail slats for the top bunk out of our order and then had the nerve to just send ONE after I had talked to two different people have email chains confirming that they would send everything they sent ONE missing piece.
This company is one of many store fronts. Like others I made the mistake of ordering from plank and beam and the service I got was atrocious. I wish I had read reviews first.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I tried to place an order for an item from this company for about seven weeks and there was always an issue, such as IT issues shipping to Canada (although they confirmed multiple times that they can fulfill orders to Canada), stock issues, etc. I worked with a customer service representative who always took multiple business days to even acknowledge my emails, which was so frustrating because we needed this furniture for a baby that now had arrived. Overall terrible experience.
