I have visited Paul twice now, once for hip pain and recently for knee pain. On both occasions Paul has talked me through everything and has provided me with detailed advice and exercise programmes. The treatment has made a huge difference from just one session - amazing. Paul is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend.
Saw Paul for a persistent (chronic) calf strain injury. One visit followed by a detailed rehab programme sorted it. Great service and very thorough. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely amazing, with magical hands! My son had an injury for about four weeks, which I believed was nerve pain. My son had one session with Paul, and he was back to football in a matter of days. Very professional, with unbelievable experience and knowledge, and he also gave us videos of exercises to do at home—so clear and easy to understand. I visited Paul due to a painful elbow. I was extremely impressed by the precision with which he located the exact position on my elbow that was the source of the pain. After two 'shockwave' and massage treatments, plus exercises to do at home, the pain has significantly reduced. Highly recommended!
