5 stars for the pleasant staff BUT 1. STILL Waiting on settlement statement from 02/02. 2. I wasn't notified when the contract went unconditional. I only found out when I CONTACTED your office 1pm the FOLLOWING day and 3. Despite a 60 day contract, I was contacted on DAY of Settlement for rental info.
