Max is great. He listens to your ailments and really knows how to target root causes. He helped me with my chronic ankle sprains, and eased knee pain in the process. As well as advised me on future exercises. Highly recommend him
I first started working with Max several months ago to improve flexibility and overall health and fitness. In the short time we have been working together, things have greatly improved. He has made things simple and practical. Thanks Max!
As part of my recovery from a bad accident, my PT recommended I find a sports massage therapist to help with the overly tight muscles. Max has been able to keep me in tune and as we have progressed, he gives suggestions and workouts to strengthen or correct my form to prevent injuries as I continue to recover.
