Super weak organisation lost their good staff as well. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them today for the appointment I had with my husband. We were waiting for the physiotherapist at the place and office person called saying that physiotherapist has resigned and nobody informed us about that leading to our waste of time. Unfortunately, the hand treatment plus hydrotherapy for my 17yr son in estimated period of 6 weeks FAILED and unsatisfactory, in short; it did not do any positive contribution to my son's health even 1mg, so we REFUSED to attend more than 6 weeks even we were asked to attend more. As a pensioner, paying nearly altogether $2000 and not getting any relief or treatment respond is extremely upsetting...
