Karyn is absolutely wonderful! I was feeling a 8/10 pain before seeing her. I walked out of the first appointment with my pain level 5/10 and she gave me the confidence to work on my core through different exercises. I have an reoccurring health issue with my left hip/leg and the back. When in a full swing.....it's painfull, debilitating and testing on many levels. After fracturing my plateau tibia 13 weeks ago, I have been a regular at Maxwell Physiotherapy. Spending 11 weeks of non weight bearing I was finally given the green light by my surgeon to bare weight as tolerated. Although this was great news it also presented a fair measure of uncertainty as putting minimal weight on my leg seemed a scary proposition given my previous trauma.
