Took over a month for delivery and limited communication on an expected arrival date, but when we do get it all pieces were perfectly intact. My husband put it together easily and it looks great! Kid approved!
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Awful customer service experience. We ordered a bed, dresser, and mattress on 11/21/25. Waited multiple weeks for an update (while being blasted with marketing emails). After calling in and speaking to multiple representatives, we were told the items were shipped incorrectly to a different state as my order was mixed up with another individual. I have had the most awful experience with this company. I wish I had done some more research on the company before choosing to get a base twin bed from them 3 years ago. At the time, they seemed like a decent company. When I attempted to reconfigure my base into a bunk bed last month, it all went south quickly. From missing and damaged parts to more missing parts in the *part replacement* order and ATROCIOUS customer service, it's hard to imagine a worse choice of company for a kids bed. Trying to order online is HORRIBLE. They act like they don’t want to help you, you can’t speak with someone over the phone. I’ve been trying for months. I guess they don’t want business. I’ll take mine elsewhere.
I was very satisfied with the service when I bought a piece of furniture from Matrix a few years ago. I recommended the store numerous times since then. Seemed like a no brainer when I returned to add to the collection. Boy was I wrong. I was finally able to get inside the store after three visits and a required appointment was made on a calendar app. The sales person seemed less than anxious to help.
