I would give 0 stars if I could!! I moved from California and they failed to file my state taxes and did not notify me. Years later I received a letter with a much larger balance. Very unprofessional, they can’t provide a copy of my return that was filed and have no record and the person who did the taxes no longer works there and am unable to get ahold of him or anyone else for that matter. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE!

Demarcus is unprofessional and wasn’t responding to any of my text or calls for my taxes after he sent me the link and got my information. He claimed he filed my info but never did and had me waiting for no reason and I was late and lost money. My sister put me on to him and I used him before but this dude does not have good customer service!!!
