I was going to give them a 4 until trying to complete our setup the operating instructions are misrepresenting, the Dbox shows in the instructions that AC runs out both sides, actually it does not. In speaking to customer service they explained that it does not, where the instructions say it does. We are not able to complete the installation without having to unplug the Dbox for all the lights to turn off. I wish I could post a pic of the operating instructions showing the Dbox.
