I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Shim whose frm Taipan Maxis centre for taking the time and effort to resolve my issue. Even though it was outside the main branch Sunway who couldn’t do anything. Yet he handled everything with so much patience, care, and genuine willingness to help. It truly showed your big heart and dedication and sincerity unlike other centres.
