Wow I’m really impressed with Ms. Aishah’s services! I came in to help my parents relocate their home fibre plan and she assisted us to get the best deal possible, even explaining to us the process and being patient with my parents. Truly superb customer service! First time in a long time being impressed!

The sales person claimed the wireless broadband speed is 100mbps. Didn’t clearly state that’s it’s up to 100 mbps. I suppose it’s my own fault for not checking the coverage in my area. But still I feel cheated. How many more unsuspecting customers are cheated like this ? Now I can’t terminate my old one as it’s more stable. Locked into a 2 year contract. Anyone who reads this please be careful when u come to this store. It’s a dealer.
