今天 10/8 到这间电讯分行办理事情，今天工作人员的服务态度真的让人非常失望。 之前来过几次，遇到的工作人员态度都很好，沟通也很顺利，所以这次的体验落差特别大。 但今天这位工作人员的态度非常差，讲话方式让人感觉很不耐烦，也没有给顾客应有的基本尊重和耐心。 我可以理解工作忙，也可以理解每天面对很多顾客，但服务态度是最基本的要求。希望负责人可以关注一下员工的服务态度，并加强培训。 这次的体验真的很不好，希望以后不要再遇到这样的服务。
