I had a very good experience at the Maxis Setia City Mall outlet. Nadzmi attended to all my enquiries patiently and professionally. He was friendly, helpful, and took the time to guide me step by step through the issue I brought to him. He made sure everything was clearly explained and handled properly. Really appreciate his excellent service and positive attitude. Great job, Nadzmi! Keep up the good work.
