Saya ingin memberikan sedikit teguran mengenai layanan staff. Staff tersebut dilihat kurang mesra dan kurang memberikan perhatian kepada customer. Apabila customer bertanya, pertanyaan seolah-olah diabaikan dan apabila dijawab, nada yang digunakan agak kurang sopan serta tidak mesra. Selain itu, riak wajah staff juga kelihatan seperti kurang senang atau bad mood ketika melayan customer.
