Helpful staff. I just ask the Maxis staff about my son phone issue with the internet connection. His issue was his phone lagging when view or send msg via tiktok and instagram eventhough has 4G+ signal. So she just changed the slot from SIM card 2 to 1. And it works perfectly. My son phone connection is back to normal. Thank you Maxis staff.

Saya membeli stater prepaid maxis yang berharga rm10. Bila nak bayar promoter suruh bayar extra rm12 untuk langganan wajib internet seminggu. Menjadikan harga 1 stater pack rm22. Saya ambil 2 nombor, kiranya rm44. Selesai mendaftar saya tanya rm12 tadi macam mana? Sudah dimasukkan terus. Saya pon pelik sebab tanpa membuka sim kad apa2 internet telah dilanggan (katanya).
