Tak boleh pakai staff sini..tanya pelan lain tapi daftar pelan lain..last2 contact service centre maxis pun 2x5 ja tak boleh ubah..silap staff sendiri pun bengap tak boleh tukar..
Some staffs are friendly, some are rude, offer RM79 plan with free phone but phone forever out of stock. Pre order since April but never gets stock till now. Wondering if it is only for new customers and not existing users.
