Went there to change lines from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink Postpaid for my parents & we were attended by someone who is very experienced & knowledgeable in her work. All in all, the process took less than 1/2 hour to settle everything. She even helped us to call Maxis customer care to proceed with the conversion. Good job Tiffany!
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I went to change my line and first of all their was very nice . They said the next day i can change my sim card . I followed as what they said (especially there is a indian girl who attended) until the next day they NEVER PUT MY MONEY &I CANT USE MY PHONE! when i call them their putting blame on me that I should inform them ! Isn’t ridiculous? I can’t call anyone and you’re asking me to call ? DISAPPOINTED ! HOPE MAXIS/HOTLINK WILL TAKE ACTION!
