今天到 Maxis Centre Muar 办理业务，整体服务态度让我非常失望。 一开始，我询问为什么 Maxis Centre 不能直接和客户沟通，员工却直接回答：「是你不会按。」这种说话方式让我当下就觉得很不舒服，完全没有服务行业应有的礼貌。 后来工作人员帮我们拨打 Maxis 客服，因为开着扬声器，对方一直说马来话。我们并不是听不懂马来话，而是因为扬声器声音不清楚，听不清楚内容。 站在旁边的一位女员工没有主动帮忙解释，反而带着讽刺的语气问我们：「你是不懂听吗？」这句话让人非常难受。身为服务人员，应该主动协助客户沟通，而不是站在旁边讽刺客户。 我们来到 Maxis Centre，是因为需要你们的专业协助，而不是来接受这种态度。 希望店方能够加强员工的服务态度与沟通训练，学会尊重客户、耐心协助客户，而不是用讽刺和不耐烦的态度对待顾客。 I had a very disappointing experience at Maxis Centre Muar.
