Went to this center today for pick up a phone, my brother bought a phone for his wife this afternoon assist by Indian guy. Very polite & helpful.. but already told him that will take the phone this evening.. but this evening when my brother go there, no body assist him when he want to unboxing the phone at that center. So? If anything happen to the phone,did this outlet will be responsible for it???! Very bad service! Maybe can send your staff to go for customer service class training.
