I consulted and spoke with Ruben regarding a device eligibility check on behalf of my sister. From the very beginning, I clearly informed him that I was only checking for my sister and not applying for myself. I even handed over my sister’s IC for reference. However, after taking the IC, he proceeded to ask for a thumbprint verification. I explained once again that I was only making an enquiry on behalf of my sister, not signing up personally.
