such a bad experience subs to home fibre. so much problem dgn line prob, takda inrernet for months but still kena bayar. outstanding 38 sen, tapi kena bayar RM1?? will never ever go back to maxis!

Very disappointing experience with this Maxis Centre. I went to the centre today to activate my new Maxis prepaid SIM after porting in from CelcomDigi. However, the staff told me that they could not activate a prepaid SIM and asked me to contact Maxis Customer Service instead. I then contacted Customer Service, and they told me that the SIM activation must be done at the Maxis Centre.
