I ask got sale prepaid card or no , the sale girl tell me have . After ask me take number to wait , then when I wait at here , take very long time . When until my number tell me don have . So what I ask and wait . Waste my time
Very awful exp with this store. Upgrading my 4g home to 5g instead upgrading the plan staff make a new sim card without terminating previous plan. Then i had to pay 2 bill for his mistake. Its been 2 month trying to solve this issue calling customer service and keep coming to this stupid store 3 times with promised their will waive the bill but no action taken.
Saya datang Maxis Centre Paradigm Mall JB sebab ada masalah dengan simcard saya. Luckily saya jumpa staff nama Azim yang memang sangat helpful. Dia tolong saya tukar SIM baru dgn number yang sama and proses memang smooth time tu. Then dia ada recommend Family Plan yang sangat berbaloi. Tambah RM64 je untuk WiFi 500Mbps, mmg jimat byk Thanks Azim for the excellent service. Highly recommended!
