Generally slightly disappointed with how the staff's tone. The staff replied like she was annoyed by my question despite me asking politely and nicely, she felt the need to cut me off only when I explained slowly would she answer my question. Not even a single, thank you was said. I left my old telecom for this haha
Jenny 幽默风趣，服务态度好。
