I only needed my 2024 Annual Statement for tax filing. Surprisingly, it cannot be downloaded from the app or website, and I was told to contact customer service. I waited almost an hour on the phone with no answer. I then contacted Maxis via WhatsApp and was repeatedly asked to "please hold" without any estimated waiting time or progress update. A simple request like obtaining an annual statement should not require customers to spend so much time chasing customer support. I hope Maxis improves its customer service and allows... read more
