We went to Maxis ikano on 23/5/26 at around 430 pm to sort out the chaotic number mixing that was done by maxis klcc. We were served by a very pleasant and proffesional person by the name Helmy/Helmi. He has helped us to sort out the mixed up very calmly. Our personal note of heartfelt thank you to Helmy/Helmi. Yesterday I went with my niece to this Maxis Centre in IPU to upgrade her phone internet service or rather to change her service provider from U Mobile to Maxis network. There were some customers being attended by the Maxis staff. My niece got to scan for a number n got to wait for her turn cos all the staff was busy. We waited for about 10 minutes .
