As always, I didn't expect much customer service from telco service centre but the rudeness was rather baffling. The young staff (I didn't get his name) was decent and very helpful with transferring my late husband's line. It was the senior colleague he asked for help who was the problem. While explaining things to the younger staff, he pointed at me across the space the entire time, frustrated in his tone, dotting his angry crooked finger at me until he's done explaining. Last week I went to this Maxis Centre to sort out a problem with my phone as my service provider is Maxis. I scanned n got a number . Waited just a short while before I was attended to by a staff. He was very knowledgeable n professional , explaining to me n guided me in resolving my problem. He told me to wait for 24 hours or so before the Maxis service could tackle my problem. True enough after a day, my phone has no such problem. Very good service here.

Terrible MNP Service and Complete Lack of Follow-Up ​I visited the Maxis IPC center last Saturday to port in my number and received a new SIM card. I was told the MNP process would be handled, but after waiting several days without receiving any confirmation SMS, I checked with my current telco (CelcomDigi). ​To my shock, CelcomDigi confirmed that they never received any port-in request from Maxis for my number at all.
