BAD SERVICES. The staff were not helpful and seemed unable to assist. I visited the branch on Sunday to change my account from a supplementary line to a principal line, but they asked me to come back on Monday or call 123. I'm not sure whether it was due to a lack of experience or simply a lack of willingness to help customers. As a result, I went to Maxis Api-Api instead, and the entire process was completed in less than five minutes.

Where is the attitude? Yesterday saya datang psal maxis saya. So yang serve saya ialah itu perempuan. But this one boy maybe got some temper and issue dia cari pasal sama itu perempuan, dia maki and being direspectfull! Why? Itu perempuan tengah explain saya tapi itu boy keep kacau and marah.
