22/10/2025 My old father went to maxis centre dungun paid 100 cash for the payment and request for a paper receipt as proof because he’s not familiar with maxis hotlink app to view the statement and invoices but the malay girl staff keep mentioned no paper receipt for the Rm100 cash payment & please go back check invoice in app . 24/10/2025 After that when I came back from Kl and I helped him to check his payment in the hotlink app but only shown Last payment made on 22/10/2025 was: paid RM88 ONLY ??? and where is the excess... read more
