Terrible and highly inefficient service! I went all the way to the center expecting to complete the request, but the staff only opened a case on their system and sent me home to wait for a phone call. Nothing was finalized at the counter, and in the end, I still couldn't get my plan changed as desired. A total waste of time and effort with zero result. Extremely disappointed😡
