The staff were not attentive at all. When I walked in, I felt completely invisible. I wanted to do a trade-in, and another customer and I were patiently waiting, but none of the staff even made eye contact with us. It honestly felt like we were being ignored. Mind you, there were about 4 staffs and not that many customers. After about 20 minutes, one of the staff members went to assist a lady who came in after me, which left me very confused as to why I was overlooked.
