Almost got scammed by one of the staff. I requested to reallocate my Maxis Fibre connection to another location. However, one of the staff asked me to pay RM300 in cash for the reallocation. As far as I understand, all official charges should be reflected in the Maxis billing and in my case, the new location already had the necessary Maxis infrastructure, so the reallocation was supposed to be free of charge. Horrible experience, all of them pretty useless. Told me to wait without clear instructions while I see the team serving another 3 clients while I wait for 1 hour. After consultation, he decided to confront me outside the store. News flash, no one there comes to the center without a problem.
