Great experience at One Utama Maxis Center. We were being assisted by Ms Aiza who is very professional, pleasant personality, knowledgeable, patient and she listened to understand our needs. She proposed packages which are value for money and fits our family needs. Definitely solid 5 stars!

Today I almost got scammed by someone claiming to be from Maxis. Yesterday 1/6/26 I went to the branch to request to change my Maxis plan to a hotline plan. They asked me to settle my bill, but after that said it couldn’t be done on the spot. They told me they would open a case and that the person in charge would call me within a few days. WRITING RAISE a VERY serious concern regarding a potential customer data security issue in this branch! On 1 June 2026 (Monday) at approximately 4:00 PM, my wife visited this HQ Maxis branch One Utama to request a plan change from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink.
