I bought a new prepaid SIM from this shop, but the number could not be registered with WhatsApp. I had to return to the shop and get another number. What was disappointing is that the staff could actually check immediately whether the replacement number could be used for WhatsApp, but they didn’t do this when I first purchased the SIM. This caused me to waste time and money making extra trips. I hope the shop can improve this process for future customers.
WORST SERVICE! So lame! Every time I make a call to enquire they always decline my call! Not professional at all!
