Went in for a small enquiry and it’s the worst experience ever: 1. Very unfriendly attitude. 2. Lack of product knowledge (don’t feel like explaining about the package) I would suggest to avoid visiting this store as they are just the Maxis dealer and not the maxis Centre, so in some or most cases, they can’t help to resolve the issue.
Staff bernama athirah layan customer tidak mesra. Apa yang kami tanya, jawapan yang dia bagi kami tak faham. Kemudian ada seorang customer masuk, baru dia layan mesra siap panggil "cik". Yang kami ni dilayan dengan muka tidak mesra & tidak senyum. Terima kasih.
