Terrible irresponsible customer service
I came to Maxis because I was considering switching my number from another service provider. I told the front desk staff (Staff A) that I am a prepaid user and asked what I needed to do to switch to Maxis. Staff A told me to scan a QR code to get a queue number. After scanning, I noticed there was no option for prepaid, so I asked again which category I should select.
