I had a whiplash/concussion injury and came to Maximum Body 8 weeks after my injury. Don was very thorough on the initial assessment taking notes, measuring my neck movement, and really focusing on my nervous system which was out of whack. I had a lot of symptoms: severe headache, tingling, extreme fatigue, and a racing heart rate as soon as I got up from a chair. I visited Maximum on multiple occasions for plantar fasciitis. First assessed and treated by Erin, then treated by Don. I have consulted Erin in the past for another issue and she was/is still a great physiotherapist. Due to scheduling conflicts I could no longer see Erin and switched to Don. He was/is great as well. I will continue to use Maximum for future issues should anything arise.
I had an amazing experience at this Maximum by Body n Balance. From the moment I walked in, the clinic was spotless, welcoming, and very professional.
