Paige is a terrific physical therapist. Knowledgeable, personable and experienced. That being said, the customer service and billing part of the business, not so great, especially when someone with no knowledge gets involved. Unfortunately Paige is no longer in the New Milford location. My problem was not with the "insurance side of things". It was the way James spoke to me regarding billing and other issues. Update: Whoever responded to my review obviously didn’t read it or can’t bring himself to accept responsibility.
Love this Place 💫😘
James was great right to the point knew exactly what my problem was
Everyone so nice… no stress and appreciated the at home exercises sent to me
Very competent, knowledgeable, and professional staff.
