I want to file a complaint on the office in palmview she robbed me $600 of my hard working tax money, she took 2 minutes to file and took $620 from my income tax and didn't even tell me the amount.. Never filling here again

Literally robbed my parents. They did their income tax. Did an error. The IRS later charged my parents a huge sum and this company took a portion which amounted to $400 away from my parents. These people are scumbags. My parents are elderly and were preyed upon these horrible people.
