Terrible customer service from this company when I had last dealt with them in 2022 - lack of communication, was always having to chase them and was spoken to very rudely by one of their staff on the phone. Thankfully haven’t had to deal with them again since recently returning the car I ordered through them - not that they bothered to follow up on it!

I had a brilliant experience with ordering my car, Sarah & Steve were super friendly and efficient on helping me find the right car and managed to find one in stock! Claire was a great help with the whole delivery progress and kept me updated with each step and made it a super easy process.
