If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly unreliable to get you on time. Just missed another appointment because of how late they were picking me up.
Made me miss my appointment now I have to wait months to see the dr. They lied to medical transportation saying the tried to call me and that they was outside then when I personally call them the man on the phone saying “ he don’t know “ like he didn’t have an answer , f$$&king frauds.
Always late, always over book their drivers. Getting appointments can sometime have you waiting. When a subsidiary transporter isn't kn time your appointment can be cancelled, thereby you incur a no show fee! I have asked that Logisticcare does not book me with Maxcare! Ever again.
