Matt was great! Found out early in the call that they probably weren’t the right company for me (I want fpv drone batteries and I abuse the heck out of them) but he stayed on the call and gave plenty advice and help knowing there won’t be a sale. Matt gave honest advice and was honest about their product. Great service!
If you're into paying for hype, these are your guys. I'd buy any other brand.
I purchased the Thrasher v3 MaxAmps battery/charger combo. I’m blown away with the quality of the battery and entire package!! You all rock, keep up the great work!!!
Josh and the gang are awesome! I called asking about my e-bike lithium battery that blew a fuse and would not charge. Josh called right back and said he could fix it for me. Rad Power bikes said the battery was bad and not under warranty and I had to buy a new one, which they are 600 dollars. Josh fixed it for me at an exceptional price and it charged right up and is working great! Thank you so much MaxAmps!
