I made an appointment online for today march 24, 2026. When arrived at the office the lady who was at the window made a big deal about my appointment, asking questions not related to my appointment like is she was a detective. She was very rude and unprofessional. I think the owner read my review and she gets fired. I was referred for a coworkers. I drove from the keys to Coral Gables and I decided to leave because the lady doesn’t have good vibes.
