Although I wasn't expecting much it was very unprofessional and could not relax. The guy who gave me the massage wasn't that great either. Pretty disappointed for the money I spent :(

Very unprofessional they don't understand what you are after. The massage was very soft and not very professional. They laugh when you ask a question.
I Bought a $100 gift voucher for my wife. On Mother’s Day 2017, it was put in a sealed envelope and given to me by staff, I Wasn’t told it expired in 3 months and was told bad luck when I tried to question it when I call after 5 months to ask if I could use it. Disgusting service.
Went in with my wife on the 29th of november 2015 we both got a 40min back, neck & shoulder massage for $80 for 2, the lady that did my massage (chubby girl) was very rough to the point of intense pain, i told her several times it was hurting but she insisted i was very stiff and she needed to dig deep. Once i finished i was actually soaked from my own sweat from the pain, she then said it would feel better today.
