Had the most worst experience with Max therapy. I bought It on Groupon as a gift for my mum’s 66th birthday. And I booked 2 days in advance then asked for a female masseuse. The staff booked mum in with their female manage at 10AM. On the day the manager (don’t know her name, with lots of tattoos) turned up after 10.35 then informed us we have to change the appointment to next day or get the refund from Groupon because she has other appointment. You have to see Wendy there! Best massage by far! I have been to many but this place stands out. Very professional, hygienic and kind. Will definitely be back!!!
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Booked a $100 voucher on Groupon and when I called to make a booking was told I couldn’t book in for weeks on a Thursday or Friday because they only accepted a small amount of vouchers per week after normal work hours (8-5). The person who answered the phone was very rude, unhelpful and told me to call Groupon to get a refund because she wasn’t willing to assist in taking a booking.
