I booked online for my wife for Mother’s Day 60 minute remedial $110 and 30minutes foot massage $50, I deposited $40 online for the booking. My wife went to have her massage and was charged $84 then the lady said she forgot about the $40 deposit but then charged her an additional $30? I checked bupa we were deducted $26 from bupa coverage and I understand that foot massage is not included but I believe she was overcharged but the lady told my wife it was it was fine. $110-$26 = $84.00(we got charged) $50-$30(we got charged) ... read more

Alison was great, I asked for a deep tissue neck and shoulder massage and that’s exactly what I got. She knew how to pick the sore spots and did a great job at making my neck better! Thank you, I will be back 5 stars
Terrible experience. The lady massaged me used very heavy pressure and I screamed and told her to not massage so hard. She refused and said it’s because my body has too many “injuries” and she must use heavy pressure to correct them. She kept “educating” me about physiotherapists I saw before were useless and the chiropractors she had was amazing. She also urged me to come back as many as I can so she can fix my injuries.
