Because I paid via Group on the booking is difficult they even advised me to get my refund from Group on. I finally got a booking the service is Terrible!! I wouldn't recommend them. They think because I purchased Group on I cannot afford to pay. They assigned me a man who doesn't know what he's doing . I wish I can get my money back!!
Terrible service, was told to come in for 9.30 on Monday when I previously came to the store, turned up and was refused service as apparently the staff had not been trained properly and were giving me confirmation of an appointment without being able to and was told no availability until 5th Feb. No consideration of the fact that I had to take some time off work to come in at this time (booked via Groupon so would need to do 9/10 am)
Got a 30 minute foot massage from Sophia today at 11am and it was amazing! Definitely coming back for a full body massage. Thank you
I had the best massage by kiran if I got that right , after many years of not the best places I think I found my spot even getting my voucher from Groupon I thought it wouldn’t be that great but in reality was amazing amazing amazing
