I am still waiting to deal with these people after 3 months of waiting for my 2022 amended tax return that I filed with these people paid $400 up front I contacted the IRS they said the people that you paid to file your taxes failed to do their job by not attaching your IP pin I contacted them again and the gentleman I spoke to said what's your IP pin I provided it to him he said they would handle it that evening after waiting two more weeks and checking on the status the owner answered and said I don't know about anything g... read more

Used Cliff for years. Service has gone downhill. Was told my refund would be a certain amount, but after two months of no refund, with zero help from his office staff, I finally reached the IRS myself. Was told my refund would be reduced by $1800, because he had entered that I did NOT receive my stimulus money. His secretary even called me to ask if I received it and I told her I DID.
