Very professional. Excellent service. They moved a grand piano up a flight of stairs. Not for the faint of heart.
Greg was incredible. Having seen many two man teams struggle to correctly move a piano, watching Greg expertly move and re-assamble a baby grand piano by himself in minutes was incredible. Add to the fact that he is just a downright helpful and pleasant person and it was like having a really helpful friend help us out (except that friends normally try to get OUT of helping you move stuff....but anyways). Six out of 5 stars for sure!
If I could give more stars I would! We were gifted a piano with a broken leg by a friend. I was super nervous to find the right movers for the right price. After talking with and receiving multiple bids, I decided to trust Jim with the job and WOW I am so happy I did. They were very professional, smooth, and friendly. The whole process was so easy and painless and the price was unbeatable. I will definitely be referring them to friends. I can't explain how pleased I am with their service.
