I was working out hard since Jan '20 (five times per week) and had seemingly plateaued, I had shaved off a lot of weight and added lots of muscle, but couldnt seem to improve anymore. I had a diet that I followed that was effective but I also knew wasnt great. Then I found Pat Duran at the Max Muscle store in Lone Tree. Pat told me to give him three weeks and I could expect to see results. I took him up on his offer. We meet weekly and do inbody scans, so the results are real time and accurate. He was right, with a few tweaks to my diet, my muscle mass is up 7%, body fat % has plummeted, weight and fat are down. I am very impressed with his process. I havent changed a thing on my workouts. Six weeks in and I am very happy.
