Owner Ken is very honest, knowledgeable. Price is good. Only problem is for appointment only.
These reviews are likely fake, the Asian guy in the facility is extremely obnoxious and rude and went as far as suggesting there is no such thing as good customer service that exists!
Ken is the best! He explains everything he is doing to me and only suggests what needs to be done. I would recommend everyone see him for fast and reliable service!
Have been going to Max since he was on Dixie and Dundas. I can actually give a review. I would say he has knowledge up to a certain degree if its a fair job. Been rejected for jobs that other shops took care of easily. Paying him was or is also fair he will tell you pay for parts labor ok for next time. Taking my cars to him would be frustrating if you told him I need this fix he would tell me to wait til its totally ruined.
