I had a great experience with Joelle Kavanaugh yesterday! She was so kind, professional, and caring. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and treated me really well. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good therapist!
Tyson has been incredible at treating my chronic neck and shoulder nerve pain. Very knowledgeable in diagnosis and treatment, approach is multimodal and tailored. Everyone is friendly at the clinic and all processes are efficient from booking to insurance to receipts. I’ll be coming here for any and all physio needs and would recommend to anyone and everyone!
I booked an appointment thinking it was just a message. website is confusing and misleading the appointment ended up being a physiotherapy appointment. Which is my fault for not double checking . The part that upsets me is that number one I waited 15 mins passed my scheduled time to be seen and then let go early so I booked a hour and only got 35 minutes of actual time . They charged me a full hour and when my wife called to discuss why . They told her I would have to call myself. Very poor business practice not one to compl... read more
