We drove over an hour from San Jose to visit this location, arriving at 7:09 PM. According to the map and online listing, the closing time is 8:00 PM. However, the doors were already locked. We could clearly see several staff members inside walking around and chatting, yet no one acknowledged or responded to us at the door. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the long drive we made to get here.

I purchased two wool coats there yesterday 9/6/24. The manager who was wearing Gym tank top and shorts knocked my coffee cup off, the coffee spilled on my bags. It was just because I didn’t thank him when he handed me the second bag. The coats were warped inside the plastic barrier/hanging bags. I will bring them to dry cleaning anyway.
