I work for a mechanic shop and was sold defective tires by this company causing my customer to have bald tires after just a few months. It had a perfect alignment before it left my shop. Called to warranty the tires and was told to kick rocks after the case was drawn out over a week. Disappointed in both Max Finkelstein and Nitto Tires. Lost a good customer for life. DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES FROM THEM THEY WILL RUIN YOUR REPUTATION.
People are always nice when you come here to pick up tires. And as a manager of a good year store, it means a lot to get good customer service
