I am very disappointed with the customer service being provided. With 20 minutes still remaining before closing time, customers are being denied entry, and those already inside are being rushed to leave. Turning off the lights to pressure customers into leaving is unprofessional and disrespectful. Businesses continue to operate because of their customers.
