I had some questions and the front lady was very helpful. I was in and out fast.
I was a Max customer for over 40 years, and I ended this relationship a few months ago. They did not even try to retain me as a customer, because they simply do not care. You have to literally go into a branch to be able to talk with someone. If you try to call on the phone, you get an AI assistant who puts you in a perpetual loop. They've gotten too big to have good customer service anymore. I moved my accounts to a smaller, local community oriented bank with excellent customer service.
